Tasting notes：

Nose: Slivers of petrichor alongside lemon drizzle, fresh tarmac and soft waxes. There’s a farminess. Gentle, but surprising. Yet also whiffs of guave and papaya. Intensely sophisticated. Then rock pools and seaweed too, with just a touch of antiseptic.

Palate: Proper oily mouthfeel. Wonderful salinity and generous coastal notes. Hints of seashells, dry peat smoke and ashes, but also some anchovies. Slivers of plaster too, as well as green olives and lemon pith, with jut a hint of pink grapefruit.

Finish: Long. A fair bit of wood smoke with a good pinch of salt and a gentle medicinal nature.
