Tasting notes：

Nose: A mixture of apples processed in different ways. There’s something reminiscent of dry apple cider, but also hints of apple sauce, and then some apfelstrudel as well. We’re getting quinces too, accompanied by pollen and a few kiwis.

Palate: Warming orchard fruits with hints of oranges, but also yellow plums, green apples and gentle herbacious notes. A sprinkle of white pepper too, as well as cloves. Some light floral touches, a whisper of chalk and soft barley notes.

Finish: Medium length. A slight grassiness, green spices and some varnish with lingering stewed fruits.
