Tasting notes：

Nose: Hints of chalk alongside sweet cider notes, apple peel and buttery cereals. Then some quince jelly, light hessian, whiffs of icing sugar and honeycomb as well as a very soft waxiness.

Palate: Rather oily, which I didn’t expect entirely but is a welcome surprise. Elegant apples, beeswax and some blood orange, but also a whisper of melted butter, mineral oil (maybe) and a pinch of white pepper.

Finish: Medium length with the pepper lingering for bit, yet never intruding on the light fruitiness and sweeter notes.
