Tasting notes：

Nose: Some pharmaceutical potion, paracematol/aspirin, grain, malt, nice woodiness (not over the top), dustiness, little sweetness (caramel, honey), vanilla. Mix of spices, possibly walnut skin. I am missing the fruitiness, I would expect of 25 years plus maturation in an ex-bourbon cask.

Palate: Spicier than expected. Missing the viscosity/oiliness for me. As expected, just a minimal fruit component (in a form of gentle lemon/lime sourness). Shame! Everything else is really nice. Milk chocolate joins the party.

Finish: Medium, dry.
