Tasting notes：

Nose: Immediately after pouring, caramel sweetness, a touch of yeast, a light fruity aroma (apples), and a hint of herbs. Over time, the caramel becomes increasingly dominant, taking on a slightly creamy quality. Overall, however, the nose is rather closed. Warmth brings the fruit notes to the forefront. A slight hint of smoke might also be present, though this could simply be due to the old bottle flavor.

Palate: Moderately strong start, unpleasant sweetness, sticky and honey-like, a distinct yellow fruit aroma only emerges after the sweetness has receded somewhat into the background, which it doesn't really do until the very end.

In the second sip, the herbs are already clearly noticeable at the front, but not because the sweetness is weaker; it is just as unpleasant as in the first sip.

Finish: The finish is also predominantly sweet, although herbal notes slowly emerge, but only after the sweetness has almost completely dissipated, which takes an eternity. A pleasant warming sensation lingers in the chest. Even after several minutes, a lingering sweetness can still be felt in the mouth.
