Tasting notes：

Nose: Immediately reminiscent of Springbank Local Barley—a gentle sea breeze with subtle pineapple, raisins, and cherry. Despite having the same cask composition as Batch 26, this batch felt like a completely different whisky.

Palate: Dramtically more balanced than Batch 26, 27. Rich apricot, delicate coffee, and fresh ginger notes blend beautifully into a creamy, weighty texture. This one was so enjoyable I kept reaching for more.

Finish: Like melting 99% dark chocolate with a pleasantly sharp kick. There’s a smoky citrus element — think smoked lemon — with just the right hint of char and zest.
