Tasting notes:

Nose: Both delicate and heady. Mineral (chalk), iodine (sea spray), saline, subtly smoky, medicinal, and simultaneously lemony, fruity (pear), and vanilla, the aromatic profile displays two equally resplendent faces. With aeration, aromas of fleur de sel and shellfish are gradually enveloped by a fine layer of green licorice.

Palate: Smooth and creamy. With its flavors of freshly cut grass and alfalfa, the aromatic profile is remarkably fresh. A few wildflowers (dandelion, daffodil, snowdrop) and hints of sea spray complete the profile. The peat has become even more infused with minerals, evoking the seaside.

Finish: Delicately silky. A magnificent synthesis of the nose and palate, the finish evokes a beach at low tide, strewn with seaweed and kelp. Then, adding a poetic touch, wisps of smoke from a subtle Havana cigar spread throughout this maritime, sun-drenched, and serene atmosphere.
