Tasting notes：

Nose: Opening up on hints of pollen and beeswax, but then a touch of rock pools, wet pebbles and ozone. There’s a faint sliver of lemon pith too, as well as some lime zest and gorse. Gentle whiffs of custard as well. Elegant, mature Old Pulteney at full display.

Palate: An oily arrival followed by a trademark Pulteney austerity – a pleasing quality here. A good amount of preserved lemons, a tinge of brine and some chalk, as well as roasted peanut skins and walnuts.

Finish: Medium to long. A slight leafiness, somewhat fragrant and with a coastal salinity and chalkiness.
