Tasting notes：

Nose: I find there’s often this sauerkraut-y note in Ledaig, but it’s been a while since I’ve experienced it so profoundly. Hints of green olives, artichoke hearts, dill pickles and fresh asphalt. Also a thin vanilla layer adding sweetness. So crisp and pure.

Palate: Arriving on seawater, white pepper and olive brine with some smoked oyster drizzled with lemon juice. There’s intense wood smoke as well, accompanied by sliver of fennel seeds.

Finish: Long, slightly dry. Plenty of coastal influences. Nice salinity.
