Tasting notes：

Nose: Exuberant and unmistakably high ester, with glue, varnish and overripe strawberries. Fermented tropical fruit, banana and pineapple are followed by citrus oil, olives and a lightly industrial edge. Despite its youth, the rum displays remarkable cohesion and aromatic depth.

Palate: Powerful and explosive with strawberry compote, overripe banana and juicy pineapple. Sweet and sour citrus, green olives and spiced molasses meet notes of varnish, fermented fruit and warming oak. The high cask strength amplifies its character while leaving ample room for the fruit.

Finish: Long, intense and funky with strawberry, banana and citrus. Glue, gentle brine, pepper and persistent fermented tropical fruit linger impressively.
