Tasting notes：

Nose: Surprising intensity from the young bourbon cask. Ripe apples, kiwi, a bit grassy, vanilla, cookie dough, herbs, lime zest. A hard-to-describe funk, is that an easy peat? Complex. Alcohol really well integrated.

Palate: Pleasant start for >55%. Citrus, light fruits, pleasant sweetness, now more easily recognizable peat, but very subtle.

Finish: The peat smoke gives a slight dryness that wears off quickly but adds further complexity. Otherwise the concert of aromas remains as on the palate. Decent intensity and length. And that at only 8yo.
