Tasting notes:

Nose: Like smelling a bouquet of flowers stood in a vase of sherry - floral notes abound, undercut by quite a vibrant sherry (not a bottle from the back of the drinks cabinet)

Palate: The mouthfeel is pleasant - just the right side of thin - there is plenty of fruit on the palate, with remarkably little evidence of the sherry. A little hit of pepper at the death.

Finish: Medium with plenty of floral notes lingering - the alcohol seems very well behaved.
