Tasting notes：

Nose: Sweet fresh fruitiness, sea spray, white pepper, some camp fire smoke, dark chocolate and a hint of espresso.

Palate: Cucumber and watermelon, fruity with some oak and salted caramel and licorice.

Finish: Sweet caramel, bitter dark chocolate, smoky and slightly herbal. Slightly drying, much like licking beach pebbles after bonfire night. Minerally and herbal and going on and on.
