Tasting notes：

Nose: Lively, complex. Oily peat, delicate smoke (Havana), candied citrus (grapefruit), heady flowers (broom, mimosa), fleur de sel, green olives, fresh walnuts, a pinch of clove and tiger balm… all these clearly rendered aromas give an overview of the extent of the aromatic palette.

Palate: Lively and elegant. Beautifully balanced, the flavor profile retains the malty and herbaceous character that immediately defines it. A subtly licorice-tinged and saline peat (kelp) gradually takes center stage. Then, fresh fruit (pear, mirabelle plum) and more lactic flavors (coconut, almond) take over the palate.

Finish: Long and full-bodied. Marked by notes of straw, dried twigs, and soot, the finish is also deliciously indulgent (milk custard, rice pudding). Balsamic (thuja, pine), the retro-nasal aroma is refreshed by notes of zucchini blossom, green tomato, fresh ginger, and malted barley.
