Nose: Rich and creamy. At once floral (reseda, hyacinth), musky, and medicinal (balm), the aromatic profile is remarkably deep. With aeration, scents of cane honey and cane sugar delicately permeate the olfactory space. Becoming increasingly empyreumatic (rubber), it also reveals new spices (white pepper, ginger).

Palate: Both lively and full-bodied. Returning strongly to the medicinal notes of the nose, the flavor profile is marked by intense mustard seed and clove flavors. It lingers with honeyed and subtly tarry notes (pipe tobacco).

Finish: Ample, balanced. Refreshed by superb citrus (lemon, grapefruit) and pulpy (ripe banana, russet apple) flavors, it is radiant with vitality. Fibrous and licorice-like, the retro-nasal aromas plunge us into the bustling atmosphere of a fermentation room in full operation.
