Tasting notes：

Nose: Rich and complex. Deliciously liqueur-like (dried grapes, roasted pineapple), honeyed (acacia), and vanilla, the aromatic profile evolves over time into powdery (cocoa), medicinal (benzoin, balsam), and resinous notes. With aeration, the scents of essential oils (savory, rosemary) fill the air.

Palate: Full-bodied and smooth. Intensely fruity (apple, pear, banana, pineapple), the flavor profile is also impressively mellow. Over time, resinous flavors of sugarcane and ginger subtly lead to more floral (lily, dandelion) and spicy (turmeric, ylang-ylang) notes.

Finish: Long, concentrated. Vegetal (freshly cut sugarcane), herbaceous (tobacco, straw), and floral (tuberose), its heady character gradually asserts itself with disarming naturalness. On the retro-nasal, notes of tar, charcoal, bourbon vanilla, and star anise prolong the tasting experience indefinitely. The dry extracts in the empty glass consist of artichoke hearts and essential oils.
