Tasting notes：

Nose: Rich, heady. Initially, aromas of burnt rubber, flambéed banana, roasted pineapple, vetiver, iris concrete, and camphor compete in intensity. This thunderous opening gradually gives way to more jammy (apple, mirabelle plum), honeyed (acacia), vanilla, and licorice notes.

Palate:Smooth, silky. Very different from the nose, the flavor profile is tangy (lemon, grapefruit), herbaceous (cut hay, alfalfa), and powdery (grated ginger). Then, after returning to more mineral (charcoal, petroleum) and medicinal (tiger balm) notes, it becomes distinctly reminiscent of sugarcane. This gustatory exploration was all about gentleness and balance.

Finish: Dynamic, extroverted. Embracing the lemony character of the palate, it also reveals milky notes (coconut), vanilla, and infused aromas (chamomile, savory). On the retro-nasal, chocolate shavings settle on the tongue, diffusing a pleasant sensation of smoothness. Medicinal (mustard seed) and fruity (yellow plum), the empty glass is remarkably fresh.
