Tasting notes：

Nose: Rich and deep with immediate Oloroso presence: raisins, figs and dark cherries, followed by plum compote and candied orange peel.Then walnut, cocoa powder and touches of leather and tobaco. With time, cinnamon, clove and a hint of polished wood appear, with asubtle fresh lift keeping it focused.

Palate: Fulland oily with a broad sheried arival, Dark dried fruit and chocolate lead, followed by nutty tones and a faint espresso like bitternessthat reins in the sweetness. The mid palate shows more structure through baking spices, black pepper and a bittersweet orange note,while the spirit keeps enough clarity to avoid heaviness.

Finish: Long and slowly drying with lingering sherry notes, cocoa and nutty depth. Toward the end: more tea like tannins and bittersweet citruspeels, with a warm spicy fade that lingers for a long time.
