Tasting notes：

Smell: Bright citrus, vanilla custard, lemonade, tart oak, fresh spices, olive oil, nuts, mint leaves, dRambo would write "tree sap," honey and beeswax candles. A very natural and calm profile, without showmanship and with good balance.

Palate: Citrus jam, yellow fruits, wood shavings, leather, candies, vanilla again and various spices, crème brûlée. All aromas that can be found in numerous bottlings with ex-bourbon maturation, but the solidity and elegance make this whisky clearly stand out from the crowd.

Finish: Dry fruits, leather, wood, spices and herbs. Overall medium length and very pleasant.
