Tasting notes：

Nose: Delicate yet outspoken. Hints of watermelon with a sprinkle of salt and fresh lemons. Just a tinge of lime too, as well as a soft chalkiness, gentle waxes and an appealing note of green olives.

Palate: Creamy, almost oily mouthfeel. Reminiscent of mature Tobermory from the mid-1990s, although slightly more punchy. White pepper first, but a nice salinity with very gentle smoke. Also damp oak, peanut skins and a soft medicinal touch with gentle notes of melon lingering in the back.

Finish: Medium length. A touch of quince jelly, somewhat leafy and fairly coastal.
