Tasting notes：

Nose: A deliciously waxy first impression with bright notes of lemon zest and mirabelle plums. Gentle pollen and slight minerality too. Then freshly cut apples, a touch of sourdough and orange blossom water.

Palate: Mouthfeel is as waxy as expected – so very much waxy. Hints of cereals, bright citrus fruits and gentle spices. A touch of crushed mint leaves in the background, minerals galore and some chalk.

Finish: Medium length. Beeswax, honey and aniseed with a gentle industrial element and some quince jelly.
