Tasting notes：

Nose: Hefty, initial dark treacle and honey, red berries with milk chocoloate, nougat, sweet butter bread, nutty character of cashew butter and lingering oak in the background. Slightly phenolic at first. Sherry plays more toward PX than Oloroso.  As the glass opens, floral, orange peel, cherries and wood notes become prominent atop caramel fruit cake and stewed apples, fig, peach, necatarine, clementine oranges. Baking spicies of cinnamon and nutmeg linger.Sherry hogshead plays well with the Dalmore distallate. The nose is beautiful.

Palate: Weighty, Spiced, fruity sweet arrival. Buttered fruitcake, ginger, honey syrup. Rich dram.

Finish: Long.Baking spicies, citrus. Ginger lingers.
