Tasting notes：

Nose: Very pretty nose, apple skin, peach, white pepper.
A nice dry woody note.
Very light tropical fruit on dried pineapple.
A little bit of sour candy.

Palate: In the mouth it is in continuity with the tangy candy, with lots of diverse fruits, white chocolate and white pepper. Very pretty, elegant and balanced.

Finish: Long finish on fruit and white pepper.
