Tasting notes：

Nose: Opening up on hints of lemon rind, minerals and sea shells alongside gentle notes of nori sheets, bung cloth and wet wool. There’s gentle notes of Galia melon, as well as dry cider, apple skin and just a touch of antiseptic.

Palate: A fairly oily texture grabs attention first, which then quickly shift towards a fairly sweet arrival. Meyer lemons, earthy peat smoke, a pinch of salt and menthol. Then slivers of char, hemp ropes and smoked oysters as well.

Finish: Long with dry, almost farm-y peat and subtle medicinal notes as well. Gentle orchard fruits linger. Pear, quince, and the like.
