Tasting notes：

Nose: Rich sherry notes of raisins, figs and walnut, followed by smoky malt and a coastal salty edge. Then cocoa, leather and a hint of tobaccowith an earthy, farmy undertone adding extra character. Smoke is clearly present, yet nicely woven into the fruit and nuttiness.

Palate: Full and oily with a thick sheried body. Dark dried fruit and creamy sweetness lead, followed by nuts, dark chocolate and a touch ofespresso biterness. Peat shows as bonfire smoke and warm ash, with salinity and a light peppery prickle keeping it focused. Despite56.4%, it stays controlled and surprisingly drinkable.

Finish: Long and slowly drying with lingering smoke, nutty sherry tones and cocoa. Toward the end: more spice, tea-like tannins and a gentlesmoky warmth that stays around for a long time.
