Nose: Very expressive, slightly resinous, young oak bark, sea salt, sweet, sugar syrup, black cherries, dried plums, sherry, leather jacket, old wood finish.

Mouth: Sweet, creamy with lots of fruit, plum jam, chocolate-covered plums, sultanas, ripe cherries, black cherries, a touch of pepper, oak, leather notes.

Finish: Long, pleasant with cherry syrup extract, plums, scratching the palate, warming, turning into a delicate chocolate aftertaste.
