Tasting notes：

Nose: Mineral and focused with wet stones, sea air and a touch of ships timber. Behind that: ripe frui, citrus zest, apricot and a gentle tropicalhint that Bowmore can do so well. Smoke is very faint here, more a soft haze than a statement. With time, savoury notes appear, slightlybouillon-like and meaty, with subtle spice adding depth.

Palate: Fulland oly with that classic Bowmore structure straght away. Frurt takes the lead, citrus, ripe peach and a touch of tropical, woven intosalinity and mineral tension. Mid-palate turns broader with a light meaty tone, some nuttiness and an elegant spicy prickle. Smoke staysin the background at first, then builds steadily and adds definition.

Finish: Long and luscious,and this is where the smoke really steps forward. Soft ash and coastal smoke linger alongside salty seawater, mineralnotes and a fruity sweetness that carries to the end. A classic, lingering Bowmore finish that keeps calling you back to the glass.
