Tasting notes：

Nose: Sweetness and smoke dominate the nose; the smoke has beautiful maritime notes of salty sea air, seaweed and shell limestone as well as a delicate phenolic but very pleasant note; caramel; vanilla; some light chocolate; grassy-herbal notes; oak wood; great nose, everything nice and clean and harmonious. 

Palate: oily mouthfeel; harmonious, powerful spice in combination with the sweetness; vanilla; caramel; some light chocolate; white pepper; tart herbal notes; oak wood; again the maritime smoke from the nose of the aroma.

Finish: peppery-spicy; white pepper; behind this lies the beautiful sweetness which is less present than in the nose and mouth and on the palate; caramel; vanilla; here too the tart herbs; tart-spicy oak wood; the beautiful maritime smoke from the nose and palate lingers for a long time.
