Tasting notes：

Nose: Somewhat floral initially, and slightly leafy as well. A sliver of limoncello, Love Hearts and gorse. There’s a touch of ozone elevating adding an interesting mineral dimension. Then some ground nuts (almonds, cashews) with a hint of Madeira cake. There’s a honeyed note (mead) that keeps growing.

Palate: Very rich and almost overtly sweet. A big dollop of honey and a sip of mead with nutty and/or caramel notes, but also hints of tarragon and some cracked black pepper. Underneath there’s a fruity layer, but it’s certainly not on the main stage.

Finish: Medium length. Slightly herbacious and a whiff of coconut shavings, as well as orange peel.
