Nose: Is fresh and playful with strawberry yogurt, light candies, and delicate hints of apple blossom. This is complemented by an earthy impression of damp hay, which adds more depth to the fragrance.

Mouth: Strong, spicy yet elegantly combined: Hot honey, cayenne pepper and pomegranate molasses provide a piquant sweetness, while dates contribute a darker, rounded fruitiness.

Finish: Is spicy and savory with BBQ rub, subtle "meaty" notes and a hint of chutney – long-lasting and unusually complex.
