Tasting notes：

Nose: Big smoke, big sherry. Hints of resin alongside creosote and asphalt but also orange marmalade, bonfire smoke, beef stock and smoked paprika powder. With time a maltiness appears, highlighted by barley husks, smoked peanut skins and porridge with a shot of peated whisky. Eminently excellent.

Palate: Slightly medicinal to start with a tinge of iodine, but also some pencil eraser, Demerara sugar, walnuts and caramel. Then some almonds, green olives and mushrooms, as well as tobacco and menthol lingering in the background. Again, wonderful stuff.

Finish: Medium to long. Whisper of liquorice root, smoked red fruits and tar, as well as some bonfire smoke.
