Tasting notes：

Nose: The 61 percent hardly burns and the flavors are a nice mix of young barley sugar flavors, vanilla, some peat (ash), lemon cake with glaze.
Unfortunately, with water it quickly becomes one-dimensional and two points weaker.

Palate: It needs water on the palate, otherwise it's too burning. The aromas are again lemon, salty coast, barley sugar and again ash and sea spray. Balanced, round, but not super complex. Again straight and flawless.

Finish: Good, dense distillate that will definitely become fantastically full-bodied with more aging time. But not today.
