Tasting notes：

Nose : Bright and inviting — marzipan, heather honey, white chocolate & raspberry, orange marmalade, toasted almond, and a subtle leather note in the background. Soft vanilla from the bourbon casks builds gently.

Palate : Rich, full-bodied, and beautifully oily — exactly as you described! Dark treacle, brambles & blackcurrants, warm nutmeg, dark chocolate, and a peppery cayenne kick. A thread of coastal salinity runs through it all, with light peat smoke lingering softly — never heavy, just there.

Finish : Long, clean, and lingering — ashy peat embers, salted pretzels, dark chocolate, and that fresh, bright fruit note. The warmth fades slowly, leaving a satisfying peppery tingle.
