Tasting notes：

Nose: Delicate, cleanly integrated smoke meets aromatic heather and floral notes. Dark fruits like plums and berries unfold behind this, accompanied by roasted nuts and a subtle honey sweetness.
Spices like nutmeg and a touch of vanilla complete the picture.

Palate: Powerful and multifaceted, with a slightly oily texture and decent pressure thanks to the 57.1%.
Aromas of plum jam, blackberries and dark caramel dominate, complemented by walnuts and orange peel.
This is complemented by a dry oak spice, accompanied by subtle peat smoke notes.

Finish: Long and dry, with a clear sherry signature:
Nutty notes, smoldering wood and dried fruit remain present.
In addition, strong heather honey and dark chocolate develop, giving depth to the finish.
