Nose: Fragrant honeysuckle, vanilla cream and spice biscuits.

Palate: Beautiful fruity, spicy sherry notes. The Palo Cortado with its elegance, its nutty aromas and the sweetness of ripe berries can be found 1:1 in the whiskey. Add a spoonful of dark honey.

Finish: Very long, initially fruity and sweet, as the wine progresses a delicately spicy dryness prevails.
