Tasting notes：

Nose: Hints of ripe apple, honey heather and hemp rope as well as touches of burlap, wet pebbles, stewed pears and some beeswax. A touch of dairy too, but overall there’s a freshness and sophistication here that’s hugely appealing.

Palate: Texture wise it lacks some body. The tiniest whispers of earthy smoke alongside a touch of liquorice, but also bung cloth, hazelnuts and grainy pears. Then whispers of mown hay, sage and mulch.

Finish: Medium length. Somewhat malty, a thin veneer of smoke and finally a whisper of solvent.
