Nose: A very fresh nose of green apple, camphor, white pepper, cucumber.
Light quince and papaya, young and fresh wood, without being too green.

Palate: On the palate, there are notes of papaya, pineapple, milk and white chocolate, dry wood, and white pepper. Very light smoke.

Finish: Long, saline finish, with notes of lemon peel, quince, pineapple, and white pepper.
