Tasting notes：

Nose: Oily, fatty and hints of candle wax, but with a floral and fruity sweetness adding a highly delicate layer. Slivers of crystallized honey, thick vanilla custard, ripe apple parts and lemon grass. Then some sweet porridge notes as well.

Mouth: That fatty, oily first impression thankfully translates to this Mortlach’s texture. There’s lemons, cantaloupes and kumquats alongside a pinch of pepper, but also some peanut skin, shortbread and a mellow chalkiness.

Finish: Medium length. Soft, gentle fruits and a moderate maltiness.
