Tasting notes：

Nose: Nose is very close, only some sherry from the glass.

Palate: Taste is mildly sweet bez of its sherry cask. Quite orangy in the taste which is align with Mortlach. Think mouth feel and oily which are enjoyable. However, missing the meaty taste from Mortlach. Very very mild sulphury at the end of the taste which doesn’t hurt the bottle.

Finish: Finish is medium given its high proof. Okay ish.
