Tasting notes：

Nose: An array of dark, syrupy fruits immediately. Blackcurrants, prunes, dates, plums. You name it. Almost like a sibling of a well-aged brandy at times. Cigar boxes, mushrooms and gentle chocolate notes as well as cloves, cinnamon sticks and orange zest.

Palate: A syrupy texture. Very friendly, much more civilised than the Glenlivet, but also an immediate menthol-esque note. Prunes make an encore, but there’s also lychee, walnuts, allspice and quality filter coffee. No notes really.

Finish: Long. Lingering spices, a gentle dry-ish oak influence, some burnt toast and then chocolate with forest fruits.
