Tasting notes：

Nose: Intense and vibrant, with an immediate wave of medicinal peat, ash, and sea salt. This is followed by notes of smoked lemon, wet rope,and a hint of tar, supported by sweeter notes of honey and vanilla from the second-fill hogshead. After a few minutes, the whisky opensfurther with aromas of green apple, malt, and a hint of olive and leather, The peat is powerful but never overpowering; the maritimefreshness keeps everything beautifully balanced.

Palate: Full, oily, and powerful on the palate, Peat smoke and ash dominate initially, but notes of salted caramel, citrus zest, and lightly roastedmalt soon follow, The higher acohol content of 56% lifts the flavors, creating a lively, vibrant texture without becoming harsh. There's alovely tension between smoke and sweetness, with hints of black pepper, wet stone, and a touch of seaweed. As the whisky breathes, asoft,smoky depth develops with a touch of herbal wood.

Finish: Long, smoky, and full of character, Peat, salt, and citrus notes linger, with a soft sweetness of honey and vanilla in the background.
