Tasting notes：

Nose: Starts with subtle peat, in a coastal (sea air) medicinal (band aids and iodine) style. Sweeter notes come through, together with coffee, barbecue scents and a curious association of wet dog.

Palate: Medium peated, with honey, banana, some liquorice and a medicinal and mineral side.

Finish: Waves of medicinal peat smoke, with sweet caramel, salmiak liquorice, laurel and mint on the background.
