Nose: A lot of ( wet ) earthy peat; below that sweet apples and vanilla.

Palate: The apples and vanilla return with a whif of (acacia) honey while the peat takes on a more sea like character; smoked fish with water.

Finish: Long with a pleasant sensation in the mouth which last forever. A finish you will experience still the next morning.
