Tasting notes：

Nose: Opening up on notes of green olives, brine and dried seaweed. But lingering in the background are preserved lemons, rhubarb and notes of hay. There’s a touch of melted, smoked butter as well before gentle floral notes and some ripe bananas.

Palate: A satisfying creamy mouthfeel with a distinct salinity, touches of guava and lemon pith, as well as smoked barley husks, a decent minerality and pepper-y olive oil. Then a surprising hit of grapefruit alongside oysters.

Finish: Medium to long. Slivers of bandaids alongside charred lemon and gentle coastal notes.
