Tasting notes：

Nose: Reminds me of opening a fruit cup. Smells of stewed peaches and sugar. As it opens up, the heavier notes of toasted oak, brown sugar, and like a coastal brine show up. It is pleasant and the slight darker notes from the sherry cask are balanced. Perhaps slightly sulphuric but not overly so. Mostly Ex bourbon to me.

Palate: This surprised me! Super oily and full texture. Lots of stewed tropical fruits, peach, and slight sherry sourness. The ex-bourbon presents the toasted sugars and sweet oak in a way that is balanced super well. A really impressive taste for a 12 year….drinks older to me.

Finish: This was the star of the show for me. Very long and coats well. My favorite part…CANDY PEACH RINGSSSS FOR DAYSSS!!!!. Wow… the fruits and toasted oak sugars are here and vibrant.
