Tasting notes：

Nose: Soft and mature with dark molasses, brown sugar and polished wood Then dried fruit, walnut and a touch of cocoa. Jamaica shows moresubtly: a gentle funk and ester note, leaning toward tropical fruit and a small glue -like edge rather than full-on intensity. Everything feelsintegrated, old and layered, with a calm sense of maturity.

Palate: Rounded and mouthfilling with a classic Demerara base: toffee, molasses and gentle coffee tones. Then it moves into tropical fruit, ripebanana and pineapple, with light spice and a hint of varnish and resin revealing the lamaican element. Refil barrel ageing brings structureand dryness without harshness, and the lower strength keeps it remarkably smooth while complexity keeps building.

Finish: Medium to long with lingering caramel, cocoa and wood spice. In the tail, a subtle elegant funk remains alongside nuty tones and agentle dry grip. A rum that doesn't shout, but keeps talking.
