Tasting notes：

Nose: Dry-ish with big notes of cocoa powder, dried plums and figs, but also a fair bit of sandalwood, tobacco leaves and cappuccino. We’re ending things on Maraschino cherries, soy and warming spices.

Palate: Hints of chili pepper with ristretto and dark chocolate, but also a light mentholated note alongside oak char and nutmeg. On the verge of aggressive, but kept in check enough. Finally a touch of nougat and mocha.

Finish: Long with hints of almonds, fennel, milk chocoalte and walnuts.
