Tasting notes：

Smell: An intense sherry nose, almost overpowering. Dense, varnished wood. Chocolate, dried leather. Oranges and apricots. Vanilla cereals. With aeration, the wood softens, allowing other aromas, particularly citrus, to emerge.

Palate: Powerful and intense on the palate. A mirror image of the nose with lovely, dense, varnished wood. Chocolate, dry leather rubbed with pepper. Oranges, apricots replaced by cherries. Plums and vanilla. The alcohol is just barely there.

Finish: Long finish thanks to the alcohol. Woody, vanilla biscuits, oranges and chocolate.
