Tasting notes：

Nose: Rich vanilla pods, coconut shavings and lemon zest, followed by green apple, barley sugar and a hint of fresh herbs.

Palate: Full-bodied and oily, with flavours of honeyed malt, crème brûlée and ripe pear, building into white pepper spice, toasted oak and citrus oils. Finish.

Finish: warming and gently drying, leaving notes of vanilla fudge, oak spice and lingering malt sweetness.
