Nose: A basket of ripe fruit with juicy pears (Doyenné de Comice variety), apple compote, and fresh cider. Underlying notes of polished wood, dried flowers, and a touch of vanilla.

Palate: Round and silky, with lively flavors of stewed pear, crisp green apple, and a touch of beeswax. Subtle tannins from the wood provide structure, while sweet, honeyed notes maintain perfect balance.
